Fit for Broadway is proud to announce our second annual Training for Broadway Event Series! June 10th is the best day of the year in our books so we are hosting a week long, free event series with our favorite fitness & wellness studios in NYC.
Our FFB mission is to create a community inspired to BE. This week long series will be a time to come together and train our mind, bodies and spirits for our goals this year!
Events are free, but space is limited.

On JUNE 4th, we’re training for Broadway at Body By Simone with instructor and Broadway gal, Beth Nicely, former guest on Fit for Broadway. Beth will be leading us through the signature BBS Full Body experience.

On JUNE 5th, we’re training for Broadway at bodē nyc with a traditional bikram style yoga class.

On JUNE 7th, we’re training for Broadway at Uplift for the signature Uplift Power class.
FOR WOMEN, BY WOMEN
(WOMEN ONLY AT UPLIFT EVENT) “Power- A 45-minute action-packed session, focused on 20 minutes of high intensity interval training, alternating between periods of intense effort and complete rest, and 20 minutes of strength training circuits and core stabilization. The goal of Power is to push your body to it’s limit using the best form possible. The results: improved metabolic function, improved athletic performance, and increased stamina. Power is appropriate for enthusiasts, athletes, pre/post natal women (with Coach supervision), and women over fifty (with Coach’s recommendation). SHOES REQUIRED.
