This singer’s smoothie is ideal before any vocal day! It is dairy free, light and filled with nutrients that will keep you satisfied and focused on your audition! It is also jam packed with pineapple and coconut water to soothe your voice and clear out any mucous that may be getting in the way of your A+ audition!! Oh, and don’t forget your greens! Makes one Singer’s Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup spinach
- Blend together!
- Top with goji berries, dried coconut, pecans and bee pollen!
